Membership dues are as follows:
0-17 years of age: $5
18+ years of age Sons member only: $15
Active Military Duty: $0
Dual Member: $5
Life Members: $0

All male descendants, adopted sons and step-sons of members of The American
Legion, and such male descendants of veterans who died in service during World War I, World War II, Korean War, the Vietnam
War, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama, Persian Gulf War and Operation Enduring Freedom during the delimiting periods set forth
in Article IV, Section 1, of the National Constitutuion of The American Legion, or who died subsequent to their honorable
discharge from such service, shall be eligible for membership in the Sons of The American Legion.
There shall be no forms or class of membership except an
active membership.
Benefits of Joining
Perhaps the biggest benefit one receives as a member of the Sons is the satisfaction of knowing you are helping others
in your community and elsewhere. However, there are also some tangible benefits available through commercial vendors. Sons
are eligible for almost all of the same discounts that are available to members of The American Legion.
